Greer wanted to do more for her friend Nancy, fighting ovarian cancer since 2002, than walk in the Relay for Life and decided to make and sell bracelets after receiveing a bead kit as a Christmas gift.  Each year she adds a new style or product to her line, all handmade by Greer and her family and friends.

100% of the proceeds (after expenses for supplies) go to accredited and registered cancer charites, designated specifically for research. Currently Greer has choosen the University of Washington to the Wendy Feuer Reasearch Fund. A small portion of proceeds from UWMC trunk shows goes to support the hostpital guild programs.

At left is a photo of my Wednesday work parties with my faithful helpers and friends, Jake Yates, Naomi Morgan, Conner McCorkel, Kate Garcia (not Pictured) and me! These guys have helped Jewels of Hope tremendously with their generous time commitment! Plus, we have a lot of fun together :)

As of January 1 ,2012 Greer and her friends have sold more than $37,000 in jewerly and donated the proceeds to accredited cancer reasearch orginizations!
